About the Role As a Senior Back End Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing the new commercial platform for Brazil. You will work on designing an AI‑first architecture, ensuring that processes are powered by AI agents capable of coordinating complex tasks between humans and other AI services. You will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable technical solutions that directly drive business results. Contract type: full‑time, CLT. Responsibilities * Build scalable, event‑driven and resilient microservices. * Implement systems where multiple AI agents collaborate autonomously, with human intervention when needed. * Reduce technical debt through development best practices, code reviews and automation. * Integrate CI/CD routines using GitLab and modern pipelines. * Validate AI‑generated outputs to prevent hallucinations. * Contribute to the design of AI‑first commercial processes for the Brazilian operation. * Understand business logic to ensure solutions are aligned with commercial goals. * Act as a reference for engineering best practices and foster a collaborative technical environment. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Back End. * Solid experience with Java or Go. * Knowledge of microservices architectures and event‑driven systems. * Experience with GitLab, CI/CD and cloud deployment. * Critical thinking, autonomy and strong product mindset. *Plus:** Experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or AI technologies applied to software development. * Ability to work in Spanish and collaborate with distributed teams remotely.
