Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design, build, and deploy **agentic AI prototypes** end-to-end to enhance the company’s procurement platform and related products. * Architect and implement **agent-based systems** using AWS-native services, with a strong focus on **Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore and Amazon Strands SDK**. * Translate business and product needs into scalable agentic architectures, validating ideas quickly through working prototypes. * Develop high-quality, production-ready code primarily in **Python**, following best engineering practices. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate agentic solutions into existing systems. * Leverage **data science and ML concepts** to improve decision-making, automation, and intelligence within agent workflows. * Support deployment, monitoring, and iteration of agentic solutions using **CI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps practices**. * Continuously evaluate emerging agentic frameworks, tools, and AWS capabilities to keep solutions cutting-edge. Requirements ------------ * Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing **Agentic AI architectures** in real-world scenarios. **Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures is required.** * Strong experience working in **AWS environments**, including deep knowledge of **Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore** and **Amazon Strands SDK**. * **Advanced Python** skills, with experience building, testing, and deploying complex systems. * Solid background in **Data Science / Machine Learning**, including working with models, data pipelines, and experimentation. * Practical experience with **CI/CD and DevOps** concepts (infrastructure, deployment, monitoring), preferably in AWS. * Experience building **prototypes that evolve into production solutions**—this is a hands-on builder role, not research-only. * Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of ideas, and move fast from concept to deployment. * Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business impact. **What You’ll Love** -------------------- * 100% Remote * Holidays off * Paid Time Off * Health insurance assistance program * Competitive USD compensation * Strong team culture and collaborative environment * Ongoing training and growth opportunities
