Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Location: Remote - LATAM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer to support the day-to-day technical execution of our marketing operations. This role will help manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structures, automations, SQL queries, and operational processes that support campaign execution and audience management. This is a strong fit for someone with solid SQL and data management experience who is interested in growing their Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain data models in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions and contact model-related structures
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for segmentation, audience creation, and data management
Write advanced SQL, including joins.
Support the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of automations in Automation Studio
Support audience imports, exports, filtering, and other data processing activities
Troubleshoot issues related to automation, queries, sends, and data flows
Assist with daily platform support and development tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Strong SQL skills, especially for audience segmentation and data transformation
Understanding of relational data models
Experience in troubleshooting data issues and debugging process failures
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn new platforms and technical processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with data imports, file transfers, and API-based processes
Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign execution, or CRM data environments
Understanding of marketing data structures and subscriber/customer data management
