We are looking for a Mid/Senior Data Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of our data platform. This role will focus heavily on building and maintaining reverse ETL workflows to operationalize warehouse data across downstream systems. You will work closely with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that high-quality, well-modeled data is not only available for reporting, but also activated in business and operational tools.

Requirements

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement automation (flows, validation rules) and data model enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business and data insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the platform.
• Collaborate with Business and Data teams for integrations, migrations, and process improvements.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and security access.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Technologies: Salesforce
• Basic hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and maintain Journeys for customer communication flows.
• Manage Email Studio assets and campaign sends.
• Create and maintain Data Extensions.
• Support synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
