Sales Support & Estimator Coordinator – Trades (CRM)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST)
Compensation: 1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / 1,500 USD/month after that.
About the Role
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales support role. This is pipeline ownership in a high-velocity trades environment where speed and follow-up directly drive revenue. Leads are coming in, and if they’re not followed up fast and clean, money gets left on the table.
If you’re sharp, organized, and relentless with follow-ups, you’ll thrive here. If you move slow or let deals slip through the cracks, this role will expose it quickly.
This role owns the front end of the sales pipeline in a fast-moving trades environment, where speed, consistency, and follow-up directly impact revenue. You’ll manage inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, estimate coordination, and CRM accuracy to ensure every opportunity is touched, tracked, and moved forward.
By keeping the pipeline clean and active, you enable sales teams to focus on closing while eliminating missed revenue due to delays or poor organization.
What You'll Actually Do
Own speed-to-lead and outbound follow-up for every inbound lead and estimate request
Build estimate support packets, proposals, job notes, and pipeline updates for the sales/estimating team
Lock in appointments, site visits, estimate reminders, and proposal send-outs
Wake up dormant leads, chase unsigned proposals, and keep the pipeline clean
Keep CRM/job-management systems tight so no damn revenue opportunity slips through
Expectations
Maintain fast speed-to-lead response times on all inbound inquiries and estimate requests
Execute consistent high-volume follow-ups (50+ per week) without pipeline leakage
Keep CRM/job management systems fully updated (notes, stages, tasks, proposals) at all times
Ensure no missed opportunities by tracking, chasing, and advancing every lead
Support estimating and sales teams with accurate, timely proposal and job documentation
Manage scheduling, reminders, and proposal delivery with precision and urgency
Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects, customers, and internal teams
Take full ownership of pipeline cleanliness, organization, and movement
Requirements
2+ years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, estimating support, or contractor office support
Proven ability to handle 50+ lead follow-ups per week or 20+ proposals/quotes per month
2+ years of experience with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar
Experience supporting $100k+ per month in pipeline activity related to quoting or bidding
Ability to pass a live call simulation and written accuracy exercise at 85%+
