We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, increasing subscription sales, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and develop sales representatives, track performance through key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. This is a fully remote role, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams.
Monitor and improve key KPIs, including closing ratio, subscription upsell performance, quality scores, and customer experience metrics.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and team effectiveness.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing sales teams.
Direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales experience with a proven track record of successfully selling products or services directly to individual consumers.
Proven track record of improving sales performance and achieving revenue goals.
Experience leading inbound and outbound sales operations.
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Experience in technology services, IT support, managed services, or a related industry is a plus.
