Sales Executive****Fully Remote Work From Home Role

$10/hr + Performance Bonuses

Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to drive the client acquisition process for a U.S. based consulting company.

In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients who have scheduled consultations, understanding their needs, answering questions about the company's services, and guiding them toward the next step in the process. Your goal will be to confidently handle objections, build trust, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

You will receive a full month of paid training, including role playing sessions and product education, before taking live calls. The ideal candidate is coachable, adaptable, confident on the phone, and enjoys working in a consultative sales environment.

Responsabilities:

  • Handle scheduled inbound sales calls with prospective clients

  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their situation and explaining the company's services

  • Confidently answer questions and manage objections throughout the sales conversation

  • Guide qualified prospects through the payment process or invoice setup

  • Welcome new community members and introduce them to available resources and educational webinars

  • Follow up with leads as needed to maximize conversion opportunities

  • Maintain accurate communication records using company systems

  • Participate actively in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and role playing exercises

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a high ticket or consultative sales environment

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) at a C1/C2 or near-native level

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day

  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn new sales methodologies

  • Comfortable participating in role playing exercises and completing extensive training

  • Willing to read training materials and continuously improve product knowledge

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Previous experience using Gmail for professional communication

Location Remote

Availability Full-Time (40 hours per week) Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours. Occasional short Saturday calls (approximately 15–20 minutes) may be required.

Compensation $10/hr + Performance Bonuses
