We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representativeto join a growing U.S.-based family law firm.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join a growing U.S.-based family law firm.
You will speak directly with prospective clients, conduct consultations, understand their circumstances and legal needs, and guide qualified clients through the decision to retain the firm.
Your main responsibility is to turn consultations and qualified leads into signed clients.
Family law clients are often facing stressful and highly personal circumstances. The right person will combine confident, results-driven closing ability with genuine empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
This is a high-volume, sales-focused role. You must be comfortable making and receiving calls, cold calling, handling objections, following up persistently, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients and conduct initial client intake.
- Make outbound and cold calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Build genuine rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone.
- Clearly explain the firm's services and guide prospects through the consultation process.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead status.
- Provide a professional, warm, and highly personalized client experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven sales experience as a Closer, particularly in phone-based sales.
- Strong cold-calling experience --- this is non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and convert leads into clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High emotional intelligence and genuine empathy.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, sales-focused environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with or for a U.S. law firm.
- Familiarity with how U.S. law firms and legal intake processes operate.
- Experience in family law or another legal practice area.
- Familiarity with the U.S. market and American clients.
- Experience using CRM, lead management, or legal intake software
