We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling AI SaaS solutions. This is a fully remote sales role ideal for candidates who thrive in outbound prospecting, understand complex tech products, and can confidently engage decision-makers in AI-driven conversations.
You will play a critical role in building pipeline, qualifying leads, and setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
Clearly communicate the value of AI SaaS solutions to prospective clients
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buying intent
Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in AI SaaS or highly technical SaaS environments
Proven track record of outbound sales success and pipeline generation
Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to articulate technical value propositions
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly preferred
Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
