About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation, sales follow-up, and business growth for a real estate and construction-focused company.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, confidence speaking with U.S. clients, and previous experience working in U.S. real estate. The position also offers long-term growth opportunities into digital marketing, automation, and AI-related business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warm and cold lead follow-up through calls, email, text, and CRM workflows.

  • Qualify leads and support appointment setting and sales pipeline management.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all lead activity is updated consistently.

  • Support seller and buyer lead generation campaigns and outreach efforts.

  • Coordinate follow-up sequences and sales communications.

  • Assist with marketing-related tasks including campaign coordination, social media support, and lead tracking.

  • Communicate professionally with U.S.-based real estate prospects and clients.

  • Support operational and administrative sales tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in U.S. real estate is required.

  • Strong sales skills with confidence speaking to U.S. B2C clients.

  • Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead management.

  • Strong spoken and written English with clear communication and minimal accent.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.

  • Comfortable managing large volumes of leads and follow-up activities.

  • Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.

  • Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or lead automation systems.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.

  • Exposure to the Washington, D.C. real estate market.
