About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation, sales follow-up, and business growth for a real estate and construction-focused company.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, confidence speaking with U.S. clients, and previous experience working in U.S. real estate. The position also offers long-term growth opportunities into digital marketing, automation, and AI-related business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warm and cold lead follow-up through calls, email, text, and CRM workflows.
Qualify leads and support appointment setting and sales pipeline management.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all lead activity is updated consistently.
Support seller and buyer lead generation campaigns and outreach efforts.
Coordinate follow-up sequences and sales communications.
Assist with marketing-related tasks including campaign coordination, social media support, and lead tracking.
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based real estate prospects and clients.
Support operational and administrative sales tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working in U.S. real estate is required.
Strong sales skills with confidence speaking to U.S. B2C clients.
Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead management.
Strong spoken and written English with clear communication and minimal accent.
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.
Comfortable managing large volumes of leads and follow-up activities.
Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or lead automation systems.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
Exposure to the Washington, D.C. real estate market.
