About the Role
We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation, sales follow-up, and business growth for a real estate and construction company that combines over 25 years of experience across real estate brokerage, residential and commercial renovation, and real estate development.
This is not a traditional real estate role. The company takes a strategic, value-add approach to help clients maximize their sale or purchase through expert improvements before and during the transaction. The SDR will be part of a growing brand, working with seller and buyer leads across residential properties while also contributing to marketing, client relations, and operations.
The position offers genuine long-term growth into digital marketing, automation, and AI-related business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Priority 1 (Core focus):
Manage warm and cold lead follow-up through calls, email, text, and CRM workflows.
Qualify leads and conduct sales closings to convert them to clients.
Support appointment setting and pipeline management with discipline and persistence.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all lead activity is updated consistently.
Priority 2 (Secondary):
Support seller and buyer lead generation campaigns and outreach efforts.
Participate in paid media campaigns (Meta/Google): setup, monitoring, and performance adjustment.
Assist with brand content creation for social media and advertising.
Conduct research and testing to develop new lead generation strategies.
Manage client project flow and accounts, including customer service support.
Priority 3 (Operational support):
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Participate in workflow and AI automation initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience working in U.S. real estate is required.
Strong sales skills with confidence speaking to U.S. B2C clients.
Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or lead management.
Strong spoken and written English with clear communication and minimal accent.
Organized with strong time management and follow-through.
Comfortable managing large volumes of leads and follow-up activities.
Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems, tools, and processes.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, or lead automation systems.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
Exposure to the Washington, D.C. real estate market.
