KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aggressive Prospecting: Proactively scout X, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn to identify "whale" leads and high-potential ecosystem partners.
- High-Conversion Outreach: Execute personalized, high-velocity outreach campaigns. You aren't just sending emails; you are crafting hooks that demand a response.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to rigorously vet leads against our internal standards before handing them off to the Head of Sales.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, data-driven view of your activity in Ashby and Linear, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Market Reconnaissance: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Web3 trends and competitor moves to identify new "watering holes" for potential clients.
- Global Coordination: Work daily with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure your outreach messaging is perfectly synced with our current cultural "vibe."

- Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to respond to inbound interest and capitalize on global market momentum.
- Technical Proficiency: A quick learning curve for CRM tools, sales automation software, and our internal proprietary data tools.
- Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. You know the players, the platforms, and the tools that power the digital economy.
