Our client is looking for two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities for two U.S. based companies in the construction and e-commerce industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and follow up communication. You will research new leads independently, build a strong sales pipeline, and help drive business growth by booking qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Responsabilities:

• Conduct daily cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective customers • Research and identify potential leads independently using online tools and resources • Build, manage, and maintain an organized sales pipeline • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels • Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities • Collaborate with the team to support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting cold outreach • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – C1/C2 level • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and sales tools • Marketing minded with the ability to identify and engage potential customers • Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with construction, home services, or e-commerce companies • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools • Experience sourcing and researching leads independently

Location Remote Candidates based in or near Tijuana, Mexico, preferred

Availability Full-time (40 hours per week)Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time

Compensation $6–10/hr (depending on experience) + 5% commission on sales generated
