ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service & Business Development Coordinator is a remote, part-time position focused on creating a strong first impression with prospective clients and moving opportunities from initial contact to scheduled appointment and follow-up. The role combines inbound customer service with outbound business development during available prospecting time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls and qualify prospective clients.
• Collect customer and property information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Follow up with clients who received quotes.
• Handle basic objections and identify client concerns.
• Make outbound calls to residential and commercial prospects.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate lead records.
• Escalate pricing, technical, or scope-related questions when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Business Development.
• Strong and professional phone communication.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
• Results-oriented and willing to learn new services and processes
