Netrix Global, an award-winning global provider of cybersecurity and IT services, seeks a highly motivated Strategic Alliance Partner Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and activation of assigned partnership accounts and relationships.
This position will provide exceptional partner service, help our strategic partnerships team generate powerful marketing content, and create synergistic marketing programs with our partners.
Support the overall sales process in the Netrix Global Strategic Partnership with Microsoft
This includes developing content for the Microsoft Alliance and Sales team to help them leverage the partnership to grow revenue
Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships Managers, Sales, Corporate marketing to develop and execute on various sales campaigns to drive business with and through our partnerships Manage campaign emails and newsletters, ensuring that content is relevant to our audience
Measure and report on results including traffic, leads, and engagement that translates to brand awareness, pipeline generation, influence, and conversions
Manage partner marketing program, including content creation, organizing partner events, maintaining partner landing pages and relevant reporting
Build and develop relationships with assigned partners via regular remote and in-person meetings and communication, conducting regular planning and activation meetings with assigned accounts. In doing this, the coordinator shall learn about and understand the sponsor's business objectives and goals, leading to continual collaboration with the department Sales team on integrated activation strategies that lead to renewal
Compile and gain insight from market research including online media. Disperse information to sales team and/or partners
Coordinate and schedule and manage events with Microsoft
Other special projects and duties as assigned
Must have Advanced English Level (oral and written)
3 plus years of experience that requires basic knowledge of sales, advance marketing, and Channel/Alliance strategies with the Microsoft partnership, as well as the ability to develop compelling thought leadership and promotional content and programs to fuel demand generation, engagement, and conversions across multiple Alliances
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferably in marketing/Management) or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
Experience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively
Excellent relationship building, inter-personal and communication skills
The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative - be a Self-starter, Thorough-Thinker and Solution Provider with attention to detail
Must be proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be creative, organized and detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets and clients at the same time. Strong time management skills
Must be able to commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
