About this Role.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RevOps Solutions Architect based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced RevOps Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable technology solutions that help high-growth businesses optimize their revenue operations. In this fully remote role, you will lead discovery, diagnose operational challenges, and shape technical architectures that connect go-to-market systems and improve business performance. Working alongside consultants, developers, analysts, and program managers, you will translate complex business requirements into practical, high-impact solutions. You will also guide clients through technology decisions, balancing existing platforms, custom development, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. As a trusted technical advisor, you will influence senior stakeholders, mentor team members, and ensure solutions are delivered from initial design through implementation. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic and hands-on professional passionate about innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term client success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, and project scoping to define solution approaches, assess complexity, and ensure accurate delivery estimates.

  • Design and implement integrations between go-to-market systems using custom code, APIs, and integration or automation platforms such as Workato, Make, and n8n.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent agents within revenue operations, designing workflows that transform GTM data into actionable insights and automate operational processes.

  • Evaluate where AI-driven automation is appropriate and where human oversight remains essential, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.

  • Diagnose fragmented or inefficient GTM systems, including duplicate data sources, manual handoffs, disconnected platforms, and inconsistent reporting, and lead solutions from root cause analysis through implementation.

  • Architect scalable solutions for complex business requirements, advising clients on whether to adopt existing technology or invest in custom development.

  • Define technical architecture principles, standards, and best practices while clearly communicating and justifying design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Present technical recommendations and solution architectures to senior and executive stakeholders, building confidence in their scalability, feasibility, and business value.

  • Lead and mentor consultants, developers, and other delivery team members, promoting strong solution design practices and technical excellence.

  • Monitor emerging technology and AI developments, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on client operations and go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions move from initial concept through implementation and successful completion.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more core disciplines, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems, with working knowledge across the other areas.

  • Strong expertise in systems architecture and administration across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with data modeling, systems integration, and designing connected technology ecosystems.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including the ability to determine when to use standard features, declarative automation, or custom code.

  • Hands-on experience connecting systems through custom development, integrations, APIs, or iPaaS and automation platforms such as Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.

  • A clear and informed perspective on the use of AI and intelligent agents in revenue operations, including when automation should operate independently and when human involvement is necessary.

  • Understanding of data governance, personally identifiable information (PII), privacy, and compliance considerations when implementing AI-enabled workflows.

  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify operational challenges, and design scalable technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing complex GTM technology issues and taking ownership of solutions through successful implementation.

  • Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience leading internal delivery teams and client-facing projects, including engaging confidently with executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with lean and Agile delivery methodologies.

  • A proactive, decisive, and customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to long-term solutions.

  • Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Systems Architect certification, or progress toward either qualification.
