We are expanding our Revenue Operations and Financial Infrastructure teams to support a large-scale transformation of our commercial engines. These initiatives focus on building the "backbone" of growth—ensuring that complex product offerings, global billing logic, and contract lifecycles are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated between Product, Finance, and Engineering.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team across two specialized Revenue Management tracks. We are hiring for Subscription & Billing and Contracts & CLM roles. You will act as the "glue" between stakeholders, ensuring that commercial intent translates accurately into operational reality.

Project Description: Subscription Infrastructure & OperationsAs the company moves toward more complex, scalable product offerings, this project focuses on the infrastructure of growth. You will ensure that when a product is sold, the system accurately manages billing, access grants, and financial reporting.
Experience: 5+ years in Subscription Management or Revenue Operations for a SaaS or Marketplace company.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing.
Billing Logic: Deep knowledge of Usage-based / Metered billing (crucial for high-volume marketplaces).
Financial Compliance: Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
Data Skills: Ability to work with complex data sets for troubleshooting and financial reconciliation.
ERP Knowledge: Experience integrating billing platforms with Workday or NetSuite.
Payments: Understanding of payment gateways and PCI compliance.
Analytics: Background in LTV (Lifetime Value) modeling or churn analysis.
**Project Description: Quote to Cash (Q2C) Transformation.**This role focuses on "upstream" commercial processes. The goal is to ensure that the infrastructure supporting quote generation and contract execution is scalable and compliant, maintaining deal velocity without sacrificing financial or legal integrity.
Experience: 5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, or Revenue Operations in a SaaS/Tech environment.
Tooling: Hands-on expertise with enterprise tools like Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Icertis, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM.
Pricing Knowledge: Deep understanding of complex pricing models (volume-based, multi-year, and custom agreements).
Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of ASC 606 and how contract terms impact revenue recognition.
ERP Familiarity: Experience with how contract data integrates into ERPs like Workday, NetSuite, or SAP.
Marketplace Experience: Background in high-volume, global marketplace environments.
Process Frameworks: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma for process improvement.
Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of obligation tracking and compliance monitoring.
