We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with a strong background in BIM architecture and extensive experience catering to the US Market. Your in-depth knowledge of US building systems, local codes, and working culture will be vital in delivering outstanding projects for our clients.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.

• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.

• Knowledge of US building codes.

• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.

• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.

• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.

• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.

• Candidates must live in Latin America.
