About this Role.

We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Electrical Engineer to support a leading U.S.-based MEP engineering firm on a high-profile semiconductor facility project. In this role, you will work remotely as part of a multidisciplinary design team, contributing to technically complex, mission-critical facility projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support electrical system design for semiconductor and high-tech facilities including cleanrooms, manufacturing areas, labs, utility plants, and data center-like infrastructure

  • Design and document power distribution systems as the primary focus area

  • Provide secondary support for lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, panels, low voltage systems, controls, and equipment/vendor coordination

  • Develop construction documents and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with equipment vendors

  • Use Bluebeam for document review and project coordination

  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)

  • 7–12 years of experience in MEP electrical design

  • Strong emphasis on power distribution within technical/semiconductor facility types; experience with cleanrooms, manufacturing, labs, or similar complex facilities highly preferred

  • Experience with lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, panels, low voltage, controls, and vendor coordination

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam (required)

  • Familiarity with SKM/ETAP, EasyPower, or similar short-circuit/arc-flash analysis software is a plus

  • Fluent in English (required)

  • Available to start mid-July 2026
