Parity Homes is hiring a Virtual Project Manager (Construction) to support active development projects remotely. You'll work directly with the Director of Construction to drive documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and financial tracking across 30+ rowhome rehabilitation projects in West Baltimore.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who runs tight operations, moves fast, and brings real construction project management experience. BuilderTrend proficiency is a strong advantage — if you know it, you'll hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Scheduling
Maintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project records
Track daily stand-up notes and weekly production meeting outcomes
Manage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers
Support permit and entitlement processes
Vendor & Trade Partner Coordination
Coordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners
Collect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance; manage contractor agreements
Communicate directly with trade partners to ensure task completion and schedule alignment
Financial & Procurement Support
Assist with material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcing
Process trade partner invoices and reconcile financial records
Generate project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons
Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag recurring operational issues
Design & Process Coordination
Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated specification sheets
Support process improvement initiatives and maintain operational metrics
Provide direct project support to the Director of Construction across all active projects
Requirements
Must-Have
4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a closely related field
Strong command of scheduling tools — Gantt charts, critical path method
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable
Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours full-time
Strongly Preferred

Familiarity with US-based construction documentation standards (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers)
Prior experience supporting remote construction or development teams
