**Job Type:**Full-time (PST hours)

**Location:**Remote

Position Overview:

UniTriTeam is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment team. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate communication, maintaining recruitment systems, and providing administrative support throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. You will work closely with recruiters, the Business Development (BD) team, candidates, and clients to help deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients across multiple time zones

  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates

  • Assist with posting and maintaining job advertisements across various job platforms

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Support recruiters with candidate pipeline management and interview coordination

  • Prepare recruitment documents, interview summaries, candidate profiles, and hiring reports

  • Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting on hiring progress and pipeline activity

  • Ensure all recruitment documentation and processes are organized and compliant

  • Assist in improving recruitment workflows, systems, and administrative processes

  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation when required

  • Management of hiring assessments

  • Screening resumes and flagging qualified candidates for Sr. Talent Manager to review

  • Role may require the backup interviewing of candidates or grow in to a role with more hands-on recruitment when needed

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, or talent acquisition support

  • Previous experience in a staffing agency or fast-paced environment preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach

  • Availability to work full-time on West Coast (PST) hours
