Staffing for Doctors (S4D) | Full-Time, Remote | US Pacific Time hours
We're hiring a Recruiter / TA Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for support roles placed with our US-based clients. This is a full-time, exclusive position with long-term growth potential.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a variety of support roles
Run intake calls with clients and translate requirements into hiring criteria
Manage candidate pipelines in Workable and keep trackers current
Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate scheduling across PDT/PST timezones
Maintain reporting on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
Partner with the recruitment and operations team on hiring strategy
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven sourcing skills on LinkedIn, job boards, and through outbound outreach
Strong written and spoken English
Own working laptop/desktop
Reliable high-speed internet
Ability to work US Pacific Time hours consistently
Available to commit 40 hours/week exclusively to S4D
Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or allied health roles
Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing environments
Familiarity with international or U.S.-based recruitment processes
Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting
Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms
