Recruiter Freelancer - Mercado Financeiro (Home Office)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter Freelancer - Mercado Financeiro (Home Office) based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with strong knowledge of the financial and investment markets.
You will work independently on temporary recruitment projects, taking ownership of the hiring process from sourcing through candidate evaluation.
The position focuses heavily on active hunting, market mapping, and building relationships with strategic talent.
You will combine advanced sourcing techniques with structured competency-based interviews and detailed candidate assessments.
The role requires strong market networking, organization, investigative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
Working fully remotely as a PJ freelancer, you will contribute to strategic hiring projects while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct active hunting and continuous talent mapping across the financial and investment markets.
• Identify, attract, and engage strategic candidates through targeted sourcing and professional networking.
• Screen and evaluate CVs and professional profiles against the requirements of each position.
• Conduct structured competency-based interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and keep all relevant information accurately updated in the ATS platform.
• Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports aligned with the expectations and requirements of each position.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all stages of the selection process.
• Independently manage recruitment activities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency, organization, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in hunting and recruiting for strategic positions within the financial and investment markets.
• Active and well-developed professional network within the financial sector.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
• Strong experience conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating candidates.
• High degree of autonomy, organization, investigative ability, and sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and professional stakeholders.
• Previous experience working as an independent recruiter or recruitment consultant is a plus.
• Practical experience with the Quickin recruitment platform is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of investment-market products and organizational structures is an advantage.
