**Role:**Our client is looking for a Real Estate Relocation Coordinator to support the assignment, tracking, and coordination of incoming real estate referrals within a U.S.-based real estate operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound relocation assignments, ensuring they are properly distributed to agents, and meticulously tracked through the appropriate brokerage platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage incoming real estate referrals and relocation clients across internal platforms.

• Track referral statuses and enforce timely follow-ups and compliance by assigned agents.

• Maintain accurate records, status changes, and updates within the required relocation/referral systems.

• Coordinate directly with internal teams and agents to ensure smooth referral distribution.

• Monitor agent pipelines and portals to ensure no assignment or referral opportunity is left unattended.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator, Referral Operations Specialist, or similar role within a large real estate brokerage.

• **MUST HAVE Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: – eRelocation (by ASK) – AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy) – Broker Center (by Cartus) – Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty) – CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate)

• Experience working with established brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar).

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Deep understanding of corporate relocation compliance, referral fee structures, and B2B agent networking.

• Background in high-volume real estate operations or transaction management environments.

**Location:**Remote

**Availability:**Full-Time (40 hours per week) Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Note: Please specify whether you prefer EST or PST, as there is a 3-hour difference between New York and California).

**Compensation:**Compensation based on qualifications and skillsets.
