Real Estate Administrative Assistant Fully Remote Work From Home Role Part-time with potential to transition into a full-time role 6/hr – 10/hr

Role Our client is a licensed realtor based in the U.S. who is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support administrative operations, transaction coordination, and client outreach activities.
In this role, you will help maintain accurate records, support transaction processes, and reconnect with past clients to strengthen relationships and generate potential listing opportunities. You will play a key role in keeping the business organized and ensuring no opportunities are missed due to administrative workload. Responsabilities:
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records • Assist with transaction coordination and related administrative tasks • Conduct outreach to past clients and prospects via phone, email, and text • Follow up with leads and maintain organized communication records • Support daily administrative operations of the real estate business • Help manage client databases and ensure information remains up to date • Assist with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Real Estate support role • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Comfortable performing client outreach and follow up activities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
• Experience using Canva in a professional environment • Experience using ChatGPT or AI productivity tools • Customer service or client relationship management experience Location Remote
