Overview
The Project Manager will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives that support the company’s global business operations, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integration efforts. As part of the Business Operations & Strategy Department, this role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure complex projects and programs, both technical and non-technical, are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
This role is part of the company’s investment in building a new global corporate Project Delivery capability based in Mexico. The role is 100% remote, from home, reporting to the head of global Project Delivery who is based in CDMX.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong project delivery, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across international teams. This position works closely with stakeholders across North America and requires excellent communication, ownership, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support business strategy, operational priorities, and business transformation efforts
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for enterprise initiatives across multiple departments
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, leadership updates, and decision forums to maintain momentum on strategic initiatives
Track project progress and maintain clear reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
Serve as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring accountability and alignment across global teams
Support the department in establishing consistent project governance, documentation, and operational best practices
Contribute to the successful development and scaling of the new global Project Delivery function based in Mexico
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, or business operations
Experience in project management of technology enabled change programs
PMP or equivalent certification preferred (or in progress)
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions
Experience in managing projects with mixed-resource models ( in-house internal resources, third party vendors etc)
Experience in corporate strategic initiatives, technology-enabled transformations, or M&A integration is preferred
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or equivalent collaboration tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working with U.S.-based or global stakeholders in a distributed environment preferred
Advanced/Proficient written and verbal English skills (minimum C1 level)
