Project Manager (English Speaking)

Location: Brazil; 100% remote

Integritas is Searching for a seasoned Project Manager/Scrum Master immediately. Candidate will manage multiple projects and must have experience building project roadmaps, release plans and project timelines with a thorough understanding of dependency management.

Candidate will manage and track program schedules, technical issues, dependencies and blockers daily and negotiate priorities against project plans to ensure key internal and external deliverables are met.

Must have Superior communication and collaboration skills, working with both internal and external clients.

Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage End to End projects development, Sales to Delivery

• Develop and present project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations and requirements while working and collaborating with UX and Dev teams

• Organize project activities that include:

  • Scheduling and leading internal and external meetings with cross functional teams
  • Communicating project status with client as well as internal leadership; both verbal and written
  • Ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Provide project status reports that a variety of audiences can easily understand

• Able to operate effectively and manage multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high level direction.

• Understand when to escalate to Head of PMO or PMO Lead, clearly and any client issues that may affect established milestones, budget or project outcome.

Your Experience:

• 5 years of experience as Project Manager, working in software development.

• Must have experience in the Banking, Finance or Fintech industries

• Having a teachable and trainable spirit, along with a positive attitude, is essential for growth and success, especially in a fast moving environment. It means being open to feedback, eager to learn, adaptable to change, and maintaining an optimistic outlook even when faced with challenges

• Communicate highly technical problems and solutions to a variety of audiences from Executives to Non Technical team members.

• Background working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams preferred

• Experience working as a Scrum Master is preferred or willingness to obtain Scrum Master certification immediately upon hire will be considered

• Able to apply various Project Management methodologies, Agile, Scrum Ceremonies, and adapt hybrid as necessary etc.

• Strong working experience using project management tools and methodologies (ex, Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.)

• Comfortable working Google Suite of products

• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles of design and development
