The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise-level global training initiatives by managing detailed administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate training sessions across global time zones. * Send meeting invitations and manage calendars. * Respond to learner inquiries within the client tenant. * Update RAID logs and maintain documentation. * Track attendance and compile feedback reports. * Support trainer readiness and session setup. Core Competencies * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in scheduling and reporting. * Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook. * Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions. * Collaboration: Works effectively with PM and stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators * Scheduling Accuracy: 100% correct meeting invites and calendar management. * Response Time: Learner inquiries addressed within SLA (e.g., 24 hours). * Documentation Quality: RAID logs updated weekly without errors. * Training Delivery Support: Zero missed logistics for scheduled sessions. * Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from PM and client managers. * Compliance: Adherence to enterprise standards for data handling and reporting.
