Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery across multiple projects. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in program or project management * Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) **Nice-to-haves** * Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries * Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * PMP, PgMP, or similar certification * Experience managing distributed or international teams * Strong data-driven mindset and experience with reporting tools **Core Responsibilities** * Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a program * Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives * Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, stakeholders) * Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects * Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery * Manage budgets, resources, and priorities across initiatives * Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and program governance * Prepare and present regular status updates to leadership **About Us** Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.
