Role Our client is a character driven entertainment company operating at the intersection of comics, anime, animation, social media, technology, and digital entertainment.
They are looking for a Production & Project Manager to help coordinate projects, support leadership, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple teams and initiatives.
This role combines project management, production coordination and executive support. You will work closely with leadership, participate in meetings, track priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, an excellent communicator, and someone who naturally takes ownership.
Responsabilities:
• Track and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives • Maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across teams • Follow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure deliverables stay on track • Identify bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they impact project timelines • Keep leadership informed on project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding needs • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items • Support executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow through • Help organize priorities and maintain visibility across multiple company initiatives • Coordinate communication between departments, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders • Serve as a professional point of contact for creators, partners, vendors, and collaborators • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow up communications to maintain momentum across projects • Represent the company professionally through written and verbal communication
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations or executive support • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbal • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Highly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail and follow through • Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across multiple functions
Higly Preferred:
• Experience within entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industries • Experience working with remote teams, contractors, and external partners • Experience using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms • Familiarity with social media, creator management, and digital marketing workflows • Interest in emerging technology
Location Remote
Availability Part-Time (20 hours per week) Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours.
While this role is structured to begin at 20 hours per week, there is flexibility to offer an immediate or accelerated full-time position to candidates who demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.
