Smart Apartment Data provides real estate analytics software to U.S. professionals. We support enterprise clients through structured onboarding and education to ensure they use our platform effectively.

We are seeking a professional communicator who can guide clients through onboarding and product training in a clear and structured manner.

You will help clients successfully adopt a software platform by guiding them through onboarding and training.

Ideal for:

  • Customer success professionals

  • Trainers with technical curiosity

  • L&D professionals entering SaaS

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs

  • Help clients understand how to use the product

  • Support users as they learn workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles

  • Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system

  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly

  • Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions

  • English level: C1 or C2 (required)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment

Bonus

  • SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure

  • Customer success experience

  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly

  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Handled high-value or demanding customers

This Role is NOT a Fit For

  • Customer support roles focused only on ticket handling

  • Call center or BPO roles without product ownership

  • HR onboarding focused on internal employees

  • Administrative roles without client interaction

  • Sales-only roles without post-sale onboarding experience

Benefits

  • 100% Remote, location independent

  • Compensation: 1,800 – 2,200 per month (based on relevant experience and qualifications)
