About this Role.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Associate based in Brazil.

Help shape how innovative products are positioned, launched, and adopted in a fast-moving B2B technology environment. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will develop partner marketing initiatives, craft compelling messaging, and create campaigns that communicate product value to technical buyers and business partners. Working closely with product, marketing, and partner teams, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear, engaging content across multiple channels. You will also gather market insights, refine customer journeys, and measure the impact of your initiatives on adoption, engagement, and activation. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering meaningful ownership and opportunities to influence go-to-market activities. Join a remote, collaborative team where initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to build new processes are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
You will help develop and execute partner marketing and product marketing initiatives that strengthen product positioning, improve market engagement, and support business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and develop the partner marketing function in collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead, creating messaging assets, campaign materials, and post-launch performance reports.

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for partner features, ensuring consistency across market communications.

  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to design and deliver effective campaigns that engage and activate the partner ecosystem.

  • Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine customer personas and targeted marketing journeys.

  • Track and report on campaign and initiative performance, including adoption, engagement, and activation, according to agreed reporting schedules.

  • Write campaign assets, creative briefs, and sales or partner enablement materials tailored to different audiences, channels, and formats.

  • Translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with technical buyers and partners.

  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution, balancing strategic development with hands-on content creation and campaign delivery.

  • Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and teams across product, marketing, and partnerships to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Help establish and improve partner marketing processes, documentation, and workflows as the function evolves.

  • Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in B2B SaaS or product marketing, capable of combining strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and practical execution. The following qualifications are expected:

    • 2--3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing.

    • Demonstrated experience owning go-to-market launches from planning through execution.

    • Ability to understand technical product capabilities and translate them into relevant messaging for technical buyers and partners.

    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with experience developing engaging content across multiple channels and formats.

    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with product, marketing, and partner teams.

    • A proactive, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and contribute beyond executing predefined briefs.

    • Comfort working in an evolving environment where processes are still being established and priorities may change.

    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery and adapt messaging to different audiences and business objectives.

    • Additional experience that would be advantageous includes:

      • Experience in payments, financial technology, or marketplaces, with an understanding of the relevant industry landscape.

      • Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace, including developing value propositions for both supply-side and demand-side audiences.

      • Benefits:

        • Remote work: A fully remote, globally distributed working environment.

        • Equity: Competitive share options.

        • Flexible time off: Flexible holiday arrangements, with a minimum of 25 days to be taken.

        • Coworking access: Access to coworking spaces across major cities.

        • Team gatherings: Workations and an annual company retreat.

        • Equipment: High-quality equipment to support your work.

        • Home office support: £500 toward setting up your home office.

        • Learning and development: A generous learning budget to support professional growth.

        • Healthcare: Private medical insurance.

        • Additional perks: Other benefits depending on location.

        • Career development: Opportunities to take ownership of initiatives, contribute to product strategy, and grow within a collaborative, international team.

        • Inclusive culture: A commitment to equal treatment, diversity, and an authentic, supportive workplace.
