Location: 100% remote – we prioritize candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina **What this role is about** You'll work on the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and improvement of Keedian's production infrastructure. You'll support a multi-cloud environment (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP), help maintain network connectivity with enterprise clients, and contribute to automating and modernizing how we operate. You'll learn fast. The infrastructure is real, the clients depend on it, and you'll be solving problems from day one. This is a team that's being built — not a team you're slotting into. That means more responsibility earlier, more exposure to architectural decisions, and a steeper growth curve than a typical mid-level role. If you're looking for a role where you can grow your skills in a real production environment — not a sandbox — this is it. **Responsibilities** *Infrastructure & Operations* * Help manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across multiple providers * Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting * Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and participate in incident resolution * Execute operational tasks: deployments, credential rotation, backup validation, patching * Participate in on-call rotation and occasionally coordinate with US-based clients across different time zones *Collaboration & Standards* * Work closely with engineering teams and product teams * Document processes and keep operational knowledge up to date * Contribute to building and maintaining shared infrastructure standards * Help establish the operational practices of a new team — your input shapes how we work **Requirements** We are looking for a mid-level profile with strong execution capability and growth potential: * +5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, or related roles * Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) * Working knowledge of Linux systems administration and basic networking (DNS, firewalls, VPNs) * Experience with containers (Kubernetes & Docker) and basic orchestration concepts * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar * Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar, at least at a practical level) * Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Centreon, or similar) * Ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments * Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be actively curious * Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English * Reliable remote work setup ### **Nice to have** * Exposure to VPN technologies (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec) * Experience with Windows Server environments * Interest in how AI transforms infrastructure operations beyond just code completion **What we value** * **Eagerness to learn and grow** in a real production environment * **Ownership:** you follow through on what you start * **Curiosity** about how systems work end-to-end, not just your piece * **AI as a natural tool:** you integrate AI into your workflow because it makes you better, not because someone told you to * **Good communication:** you ask when you don't know, and you share what you learn * **Comfort with ambiguity:** you can operate effectively even when not everything is perfectly documented **What success looks like in the first months** * You understand the key components of our infrastructure and how they connect * You can respond to common alerts and resolve routine incidents * You've automated at least one manual process * You're contributing to improving documentation and operational runbooks * You're actively expanding your scope and taking on more complex tasks * You've identified at least one way AI tools can improve a process you own **Benefits** 💻 100% remote ⏰ Flexible schedule 🍰 Day off on your birthday 😁 Reduced hours on Fridays 🌴 Superior vacation days 💊 Sick leave days 🏠 Moving day off 🎓 Support for studies, training, and languages 👥 Referral program If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can build, improve, and operate systems with real impact — we’d like to meet you. 💙
