Performance Media Specialist - (DV360 / Google Ads)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Media Specialist - (DV360 / Google Ads) based in Brazil.

You will work primarily across Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ads , with exposure to additional paid media channels.

Accountabilities:

• Create, manage, monitor, and optimize performance media campaigns, with a primary focus on programmatic advertising through DV360 and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance beyond surface-level metrics such as clicks and impressions, identifying actionable insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic next steps.
• Support paid media execution and optimization across complementary CPC/PPC channels, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Contribute to media planning, campaign roadmaps, performance reporting, and ongoing monitoring throughout the complete campaign lifecycle.
• Build and maintain performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, CM360, and SA360.
• Participate in stakeholder and client meetings when required, communicating campaign performance and supporting the organization of ongoing media initiatives.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the technical development of peers involved in projects.
• Use approved AI tools and other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and support day-to-day media operations.

Requirements:

• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Solid professional experience in paid digital media, with strong hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising.
• Significant practical experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360) is the highest-priority technical requirement.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with additional paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with client KPIs.
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic next steps.
• High degree of autonomy and initiative, particularly when managing complex campaign workflows and multiple priorities.
• Experience with media planning and benchmark development is considered a plus, particularly for candidates interested in progressing toward more strategic planning responsibilities.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously is relevant to the role and can support success in a fast-paced international media environment.
