This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand focused on delivering premium products with a strong emphasis on customer experience. With an expanding eCommerce presence and frequent product launches, they are building a high-performance marketing engine to drive retention, engagement, and revenue across digital channels.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will own lifecycle marketing execution across email, SMS, and paid media while coordinating campaigns across teams. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking around customer journeys, retention, product launches, and performance optimization, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned, data-driven, and delivered on time in a fast-paced DTC environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, brings a strong sense of urgency and ownership, and is comfortable balancing execution, coordination, and performance analysis across multiple digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LIFECYCLE MARKETING (EMAIL & SMS)

  • Execute and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and SMS campaigns using Attentive

  • Build and manage campaign calendars, flows, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies

  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, creative, and timing to improve performance and retention metrics

  • Analyze lifecycle performance data to identify trends, customer behavior insights, and optimization opportunities

PAID MEDIA & PERFORMANCE MARKETING

  • Manage and maintain paid campaigns through Meta Business Manager and Google Ads following established performance goals

  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, and audience performance across paid channels

  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad messaging and creative performance

  • Support ongoing testing and optimization initiatives across paid acquisition campaigns

MARKETING CALENDAR & CAMPAIGN COORDINATION

  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives

  • Coordinate with product development, PR, creative, and social media teams to ensure alignment across all channels

  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time with strong cross-functional communication and accountability

PRODUCT LAUNCH EXECUTION

  • Support apparel and product drops by aligning messaging, assets, lifecycle campaigns, and paid media execution

  • Coordinate launch timelines and ensure all digital channels are prepared for go-live

ECOMMERCE, SEO & DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Support SEO execution and optimization across Shopify and digital platforms

  • Maintain and optimize Shopify product collections, landing pages, and campaign-related updates as needed

  • Ensure platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and supporting marketing tools are properly configured and maintained

REPORTING & PERFORMANCE TRACKING

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights across email, SMS, paid media, and eCommerce channels

  • Track KPIs including retention, engagement, conversion rates, ROAS, and repeat purchase behavior

  • Build recurring performance reports and communicate findings clearly to leadership

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

  • Act as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution

  • Align with the social media team for omni-channel consistency

  • Communicate proactively with leadership on priorities, timelines, and campaign performance

  • Operate with urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing

  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS

  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns in a performance-driven environment

  • Experience working within Shopify-based eCommerce environments

  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable optimizations

  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple teams and deadlines

  • Background in apparel, fashion, streetwear, or consumer brands (preferred)

  • Experience working with fast-paced, high-growth brands (preferred)

  • LATAM-based candidates or Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

SKILLS

  • Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive

  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads

  • Familiarity with Shopify platform management and eCommerce workflows

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer performance data

  • Experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns across teams

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Outgoing, proactive, and highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
