Job Description

Reportando ao Senior Paid Social Manager, você impactará a capability de Paid Media. Orgulhamo-nos de nosso portfólio global de clientes e de nossa tecnologia proprietária que nos diferencia na indústria.

Você contribuirá para o gerenciamento diário de campanhas de mídia digital paga em redes sociais para alguns de nossos principais clientes, com foco no crescimento de receita e lucro e gerenciando dentro das metas de orçamento.

Suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:

• Gerenciar campanhas de mídia digital paga em diversas redes sociais --- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok e Pinterest --- focando no crescimento do lucro e no cumprimento das metas de orçamento.

• Identificar implementações inadequadas e áreas de oportunidade para melhorar os resultados da campanha.

• Auxiliar na validação e auditorias de campanhas da mesma equipe.

• Produzir relatórios para o cliente.

• Trabalhar com o time interno de Client Management para apoiar a implementação tranquila do trabalho e acompanhar reuniões com o cliente.

Qualificações

• Excelente nível de inglês e espanhol.

• Pelo menos 6 meses de experiência ativando e otimizando campanhas pagas no Meta, TikTok ou Pinterest Ads.

• Capacidade de manter planilhas complexas, no Excel por exemplo, e de processar grandes quantidades de dados.

• Habilidade para adaptar estratégias e planos para navegar em circunstâncias imprevistas.

• Encara desafios como oportunidades e busca feedback para aprimorar suas habilidades.
