The Outbound Sales Representative will play a key role in driving Proper’s growth by generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach. This role is focused on initiating conversations with property owners and decision-makers, introducing Proper’s value proposition, and building a strong pipeline for the acquisitions team.
This position requires confidence on the phone, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, performance-oriented environment and is motivated by targets, consistency, and continuous improvement.
