OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role
We're hiring a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our customer base by connecting with roofing contractors across the United States. This is a high-activity phone-based role where you'll be prospecting decision makers, introducing our software and services, and closing deals — all without handing things off.
You'll own the entire process from the very first call to the first completed order and beyond, making sure each new customer is engaged and getting real value. If you're energized by outbound calling, thrive in a structured environment, and want earning potential with no ceiling, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
The majority of your day will be spent on the phone working through targeted prospect lists, getting in front of owners and key decision makers at roofing businesses. Your day-to-day will include:
• Prospecting and introducing our products through outbound cold calls
• Following up via phone, email, and text to keep prospects moving through the pipeline
• Guiding newly signed customers through onboarding and to their first order
• Winning back lapsed customers to build consistent, recurring usage
Note: Our outbound campaigns consistently perform well because we're not asking roofing companies to take a leap of faith, we're offering a better version of something they already rely on, at a price that's hard to turn down.
What We're Looking For
• A background in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Native English fluency — you'll be speaking with US business owners every day and need to come across as natural, clear, and confident
• Strong written communication skills for email and text outreach
• Comfortable maintaining a high daily call volume without losing energy or focus
• Self-directed and organized — you can manage your own pipeline without someone looking over your shoulder
• Persistent but personable — you know how to navigate past gatekeepers and build instant rapport with busy decision makers

Compensation
$18,000–$24,000 USD base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $32,000–$48,000/year).
All compensation is paid in USD. The more you put in, the more you take home.
