As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and help more professionals discover life-changing educational opportunities.
Your mission is to start meaningful conversations, understand their goals, and guide them toward the educational programs that can help them succeed.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students
Qualify leads and identify their career goals, challenges, and educational needs
Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the enrollment journey
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system
Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and program offerings
Requirements
Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus
