Experience & Education B2B Cold Calling Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B outbound phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing. (Experience in SaaS or the security/field-service industry is a major plus). Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree (College Degree) is strictly required. Technical Skills CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (navigating contacts, logging calls, setting tasks). Productivity Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering, tracking) and Microsoft Word (reporting, script reading/editing). Personality & Motivation High Motivation to Succeed: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets. Results-Oriented: A competitive mindset with a strong desire to consistently hit and exceed booking quotas. Thick-Skinned: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day. 4. Performance Metrics (KPIs) & Definition of Success Success in this role is not measured by the number of dials made, but by the tangible outcomes achieved. KPIs include: Primary Metric: Booked & Attended Meetings: Successfully scheduling meetings with the right decision-makers at meaningful, qualified businesses and organizations (e.g., companies that actively sell/manage security maintenance plans and meet our ideal customer profile size). Pipeline Contribution: The percentage of booked meetings that successfully move forward into active sales opportunities. Data Accuracy: 100% accurate and timely data entry within HubSpot.
