About this Role.

Location: This position is remote within Colombia

About the Role

Huge has built a clear point of view on how great managers operate and has a robust structure to enable great leadership. We are looking to build our local-OD presence in Colombia to help managers fully internalize and apply our global philosophies in the specific cultural context they're working in.

That's this role.

You'll partner closely with the SVP, OD&E and other peers in OD&E and Talent to extend Huge's existing frameworks into Colombia-specific programming. This role is focused on doing the hard, contextual work of making our models land in a market where feedback, role seniority, and development conversations carry different weight. You'll design the programming, deliver it in person, coach managers through real moments, and over time, measure its effectiveness. Beyond this, you’ll bring expertise in talent analytics to the global Talent team to advance our talent analytics capabilities.

Ideally, this role is based in Bogotá as it requires meaningful in-person presence with the teams and managers there, as well as virtually for our employee population in Medellín and throughout Colombia.

What You'll Do

Program Extension & Localization

  • Partner with the SVP, OD&E and L&D Lead to extend Huge's coaching model, Edge Leadership framework, H-shaped talent philosophy, and manager feedback expectations into Colombia-specific learning experiences
  • Develop culturally informed tools, playbooks, and facilitation guides that help managers apply our existing frameworks in the ways that fully resonate there – including how H-shaped development shows up in feedback and growth conversations
  • Build an evergreen program architecture that reinforces feedback and coaching behaviors over time
  • Ensure all programming connects clearly to Huge's global performance and talent strategy
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate program development, iterate on learning assets, and bring evidence-based insights to the work faster (while keeping the human judgment and cultural sensitivity that no AI tool replaces)

Training & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver workshops, cohort experiences, and embedded learning moments focused on feedback, coaching, and performance conversations
  • Work in Spanish where it makes the difference and to help ideas land
  • Create scalable assets that extend your reach beyond what you can do in person
  • Iterate continuously based on what's changing behavior, not just completing a training calendar

Talent Analytics & Insights

  • Support data collection and analysis efforts tied to program effectiveness: building dashboards, synthesizing engagement and performance signals, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the broader OD&E team on people analytics work, bringing an I/O psychology lens to how we interpret talent data and design interventions
  • Help the team understand the Colombia talent picture: what the data says about engagement, performance, and capability gaps

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Work in close partnership with the SVP, OD&E, L&D Lead and Talent, more broadly, on all program design decisions (this is a collaborative build, not a solo one)
  • Partner with Talent Partners to identify where gaps are sharpest and where targeted intervention will have the most impact
  • Connect regularly with the broader OD&E and Talent teams to ensure Colombia learnings feed back into global strategy

What You Bring

  • Experience extending or localizing existing talent frameworks. You know how to take a strong model and make it work in a new context without breaking what makes it good (and also know how to make it better)
  • You're H-shaped yourself: you bring genuine depth in at least one OD&E discipline (L&D, coaching, org effectiveness) alongside real capability in an adjacent space (talent analytics, I/O research, or people strategy), and you can see where the field is heading
  • Deep familiarity with how Colombian workplace culture shapes feedback, hierarchical relationships, and manager-employee dynamics
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency
  • Background in I/O psychology or equivalent applied experience in talent analytics, organizational research, or evidence-based program design
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and leaders through real performance moments, not just facilitate learning programs
  • Comfort operating with meaningful autonomy while staying tightly aligned with senior partners. You don't need hand-holding, but you're not going rogue either
  • Genuinely curiosity about and experimentation with how AI is changing the practice of talent development

You also have a familiarity with the tools of a modern talent practice – Lattice for performance and engagement data, learning design platforms like Articulate Rise for scalable asset builds, and comfort working in data and visualization tools to surface insights from what you're seeing on the ground (a plus if you have experience with SPSS or R).

What Success Looks Like

  • Managers in Colombia demonstrate increased confidence and consistency in giving feedback, and you can show it with data
  • Huge's coaching model, Edge Leadership framework, and H-shaped talent philosophy feel relevant and applicable to Colombia-based managers, not imported from elsewhere
  • Feedback becomes a regular part of how teams operate, versus just something that happens during review cycles
  • The program is documented and transferable. Colombia becomes a proof of concept for how we approach feedback capability in other markets with similar cultural contexts
  • You've built trusted relationships with business leaders in Colombia and are seen as a genuine partner, not just a program administrator
  • You're actively contributing to Huge's broader AI enablement work, bringing lessons from the Colombia program into how the OD&E team thinks about AI-assisted learning and talent analytics at scale
