Full-Time | Visa Sponsorship Available | Mixed Caseload (Adults & Paediatrics)

An established and rapidly growing allied health provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team just 2h from Perth**,**Western Australia.

This organisation operates multiple clinics across regional Australia and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-centred care. The role is primarily clinic-based , with occasional outreach within the local community. You will work with a diverse caseload of both paediatric and adult clients, providing assessment, therapy planning, and ongoing support across a range of conditions.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist within the clinic, you will:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised therapy plans
• Work with children and adults with a range of developmental, neurological, and functional conditions
• Provide clinic-based therapy sessions with occasional community visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid driver's licence (essential)
• Ability to work with mixed caseload -- paediatrics and adults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
