Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Molecular Biology Specialist to support a project focused on improving how advanced AI systems understand and reason about life science topics.

You will review scientific data, experimental protocols, and AI-generated content, while developing clear explanations, realistic scenarios, and expert feedback. The role requires strong knowledge of molecular biology methods, experimental design, and scientific interpretation. Previous AI experience is not required.

CONTRACT: Contractor

COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time

LOCATION: Remote

PROCESS: Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection

HOURLY RATE: 50 - 80/h

Responsibilities

  • Review molecular biology data, protocols, and scientific literature.

  • Evaluate AI-generated content for scientific accuracy and clarity.

  • Create explanations, annotations, and reference materials.

  • Develop realistic questions, scenarios, and datasets.

  • Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions.

  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI response quality.

  • Apply current molecular biology methods and research standards.

  • Contribute insights on emerging techniques and applications.

Requirements

  • PhD, MS, or equivalent Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field

  • Experience in molecular biology research, experimental design, or data interpretation.

  • Strong knowledge of techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.

  • Experience writing, reviewing, or evaluating scientific content.

  • Ability to provide clear, accurate, and evidence-based written feedback.
