Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Mid–Senior DevOps Engineer to join our operations and platform team. The ideal candidate is a builder with strong experience in Terraform and cloud infrastructure (GCP), a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD), and familiarity with modern monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring). This role is highly collaborative, working with developers, security, and operations to ensure reliable deployments, secure environments, and compliance with SOC 2 requirements. Responsibilities * Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform (modules, workspaces, state management). * Implement and manage resources such as GKE, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, networking, and IAM with a security-first mindset. * Build and improve deployment workflows using Azure DevOps pipelines and ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery. * Work with GraphQL APIs for service integration and automation. * Create dashboards, alerts, and metrics in Grafana and integrate with cloud monitoring systems. * Support SOC 2 controls in day-to-day operations (logging, access controls, backup, monitoring evidence). * Partner with developers and SREs to improve deployment speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
