About this Role.
We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil. This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, contributing to growth, efficiency, and process improvement. If you enjoy combining analysis with action to make a real business impact, this role is for you.
What you will do in this role
Work closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and support initiatives to accelerate its adoption in Brazil;
Participate in the design and execution of experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage;
Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;
Support the scaling of operations by contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives;
Translate data findings into actionable insights to inform go-to-market decisions;
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution;
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and share actionable insights with the team.
What makes you a strong fit
2-3 years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis (preferably within Marketing or Sales environments);
Understanding of product and business dynamics;
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and exploring data;
Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio (we primarily use Google Sheets and Looker Studio);
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving;
English proficiency - you'll use it daily!
Experience working in agile environments.
