MID-LEVEL OR SENIOR SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR

• Strong hands-on experience administering large and complex on-premises SharePoint environments, preferably multi-farm environments with 100+ servers.

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2019 and Subscription Edition, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile services, authentication, SSL certificates and farm maintenance

• Strong PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience automating SharePoint operational activities.

• Hands-on experience with ShareGate or AvePoint and independently executing SharePoint migrations.

• Ability to stay composed and take ownership in complex or business-critical situations, working across teams to reach effective solutions.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and support other team members. 

• Bachelors Degree.
• English fluency.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition administration, configuration, maintenance, and support.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including governance, permissions, collaboration services, and platform optimization.
• Proven experience executing SharePoint migration projects using ShareGate or similar migration tools.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to plan, execute, and support complex SharePoint environments while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Senior-level expertise in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition.
• Senior-level expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration and support.
• Senior-level experience with SharePoint migration tools, such as ShareGate or equivalent solutions.
• Senior-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
