We specialize in connecting healthcare organizations with qualified professionals including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
We are seeking motivated and experienced Medical Virtual Recruiters located in LATAM to support our growing healthcare recruiting operations.
The Medical Virtual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating healthcare candidates for contract, locum, and permanent placement opportunities throughout the United States.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with candidates, and helping healthcare professionals find career opportunities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns
Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates
Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings
Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates
Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team members
Meet recruiting activity and placement goals
Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is a plus
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms preferred
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable making outbound calls and candidate outreach
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High-speed internet and quiet work environment required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
Experience with remote recruiting or virtual support roles preferred
Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus
