We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist,** his is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of **marketing, automation, and technology**. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including **Retention, Martech, Data, and Engineering,** to build scalable automation frameworks, improve campaign performance, and enable the team to manage lifecycle campaigns independently.
Our current focus is on **email automation and HTML optimization**, so we are looking for someone comfortable working with **templating, automation platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies**.
### What you´ll do
* Design and optimize **automated lifecycle campaigns** across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push.
* Build and maintain **automated customer journeys** such as welcome flows, cart abandonment, and win-back campaigns.
* Develop a **scalable automation framework** that can be reused across brands and programs.
Email Development & Template Optimization
* Map and standardize existing **email templates and HTML structures**.
* Build new **HTML email templates** and optimize current ones.
* Ensure templates are responsive, scalable, and aligned with performance best practices.
Data & Personalization
* Work with **Data, BI, and Engineering teams** to ensure accurate data integrations.
* Identify and leverage **customer attributes and segmentation data** to improve targeting and personalization.
* Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies.
Performance Optimization
* Lead **A/B testing initiatives** across lifecycle campaigns.
* Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve **deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates**.
* Build or enhance dashboards to track **automation performance and campaign results**.
Documentation & Enablement
* Document automation processes and campaign frameworks.
* Train and enable the team to **independently build and manage automation flows**.
* Create internal best practices for lifecycle marketing automation.
**What we’re looking for**
* Experience working with **CRM and marketing automation platforms** in eCommerce environments.
* Strong **HTML and CSS skills** for email templating.
* Hands-on experience designing and managing **automated lifecycle campaigns**.
* Experience with **customer segmentation and personalization strategies**.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams.
* Experience working in **data-driven marketing environments**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **Klaviyo**, **Insider**, or **Attentive**.
* Familiarity with **Segment.io** or similar customer data platforms.
* Knowledge of **JavaScript**.
* Experience with **SMS marketing platforms**.
* Experience working in **eCommerce companies**.
