Marketing Sales & Client Growth Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Sales & Client Growth Specialist based in Chile.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who can manage the complete sales journey and build lasting client relationships.
You'll own marketing-services opportunities from the first inquiry and discovery call through proposal, negotiation, signed contract, and account growth.
The role combines sales, digital marketing knowledge, client relationship management, and go-to-market strategy in a dynamic remote environment.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing specialists to scope projects, develop proposals, and ensure new clients receive a smooth transition into delivery.
As your pipeline develops, you'll also take ownership of promotional plans and help coordinate execution across specialist teams.
The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to organize your schedule and work from a location that suits you while maintaining reliable performance.

Accountabilities

• Own and maintain marketing-services opportunities in the CRM, managing each opportunity from initial inquiry through signed contract.
• Lead discovery and sales calls, qualifying prospects against relevant digital marketing services, including SEO/GEO/AEO, PPC, lead generation, email, social media, organic marketing, and web services.
• Collaborate with specialists to scope and estimate projects, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal reviews.
• Maintain proactive communication with prospects between meetings and manage opportunities through to close.
• Own the transition from signed contract to project kickoff, including client intake, expectation-setting, and internal handoff.
• Brief marketing specialists on new accounts to ensure they have clear context on client objectives, scope, expectations, and commercial commitments.
• Track key pipeline metrics, including call volume, proposal turnaround time, and win rate.
• Take ownership of go-to-market strategies and promotional plans for assigned client accounts as the sales pipeline reaches a consistent rhythm.
• Coordinate promotional plan execution across specialist teams and identify potential delivery risks early.
• Build and maintain ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins and light quarterly business reviews.
• Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• 3--5+ years of experience combining agency-side sales or business development with marketing projects, or approximately 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies or promotional campaign plans.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Working knowledge of core digital marketing services, including SEO/GEO/AEO, PPC, email, organic, social, and web, with the ability to understand client needs and brief specialists accurately.
• Demonstrated success achieving pipeline or revenue targets.
• Experience managing client relationships after the sale, including identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and client-facing materials independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage an active sales pipeline, multiple client projects, and account relationships simultaneously.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Experience working within a growth-stage or full-service digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience creating case studies or client success content is an advantage.
