NeoWork is currently hiring for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing client-facing marketing team. You will own marketing project delivery end-to-end: task orchestration, contractor accountability, stakeholder communication, escalation, and day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts. This role requires independent ownership. Project Managers partner on strategy, not execution.
Core Responsibilities
Requirements
Technical:
5+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy
2-3+ years in agency or client-services environment (fast-paced, deadline-driven)
Proven experience building and managing digital marketing project management systems (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
Deep proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, and website performance analysis
Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, website testing, or demand generation
Strong written communication; can create clear briefs, tickets, and project documentation without being prompted
